Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the Contiguous United States (the 48 lower states and Washington D.C.). Shipping fees are fully covered by ShopLuxeSmart, so there are no additional charges at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, military bases (APO/FPO/DPO), or international addresses.
Processing Time & Cancellations
Orders enter a 2-hour grace period immediately after purchase to allow for customer-initiated cancellations.

To cancel: You must reply to your confirmation email with the subject line "URGENT: CANCELLATION" within this 2-hour window.
- After 2 hours: The order cannot be stopped as it has moved to our fulfillment stage. After this window, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Time

Within Florida: Typically takes 2-3 business days.

Rest of the Contiguous U.S.: Typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect Items or Wrong Description
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or item doesn't match description, you must initiate a request through our Returns Center (accessible via the main menu) immediately.

Photo evidence is required to be uploaded directly into the return form.
- We will cover all shipping costs for replacements or returns in these specific cases.
Returns for Other Reasons
If you wish to return an item for reasons such as "Change of Mind", "Found a better price," or "Accidentally ordered," you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. All returns must be submitted by logging into your account via our Returns Center and comply with our Return & Refund Policy.
