We want you to love your purchase! If you need to make a return, our self-service portal makes it quick and easy. Follow these simple steps below:

Access the Portal: Click the link below, or click on the person's figure between the search magnifying glass and the shopping cart, or go to account.shopluxesmart.com.

Choose How to Sign In: You can sign in instantly using Continue with Shop, Continue with Google, or by typing your email address and clicking the arrow to receive a secure verification code.
Note: Use the same email address or account that you used to pay for the order.

Select Order & Items: Once signed in, find your relevant order, select the item(s) you wish to return, and choose your reason for the return.
- Submit Request: Click Request Return. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide further instructions or a return shipping label via email.
